WordPress vs .htaccess redirection

Hello,
1. Should I disable “Enable WordPress 301 redirection to SSL” when enabling “Enable 301 .htaccess redirect”: https://monosnap.com/file/25i8XdAHGOUrmIeqANbUKoPfU2rc8E
2. With the settings described above I notice there is a double redirection (https://monosnap.com/file/Yq0zUCj3Ymz1WLyO4mA16Zb7FcsVTV) that does not’ occur if only “Enable WordPress 301 redirection to SSL” is enable. Isn’t slowing down the all redirection process?
