Website url on user profile

  • i would like remove the https:// on user website in profile when i create account. if i put a address web in user profile without https:// , always worpress add the https://.

    Go to settings, then general and edit the WordPress Address (URL) field.It should contain the HTTP, remove it and save changes.

    thanks but it’s not for my wordpress site, it’s for the website user profile url.(In wp-admin, add user) When i create a user, i put nickname, name , email and WEBSITE URL for create user. I want put url without https:// but when i save/create the https:// put always on.
    How to remove auto https:// on user website url.

    The HTTP protocol is basically present on every site because that’s how information is transferred but you just might want to remove it from displaying.

    All the URLs generated such as for the website user profile URL come from the main URL in setting so if you remove the HTTP their which I told you in the previous answer, it should work.
