I am using a CDN for my site (KeyCDN). The files I use for downloads are in the same folder as all other files I’m using for the CDN (wp-content). All files except the files I’m using for downloads (PDF, zip) are using the CDN. However, the PDF and Zip files are not utilizing the CDN even though they exist on the CDN. Download-monitor is pulling from my native site URL. How do I use download-monitor with a CDN?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hey,

Do you have the downloads added by URL (https://www.) or via path (/var/www)? Also, to make the CDN work, do you have some sort of plugin installed that replaces the urls?

    Kind Regards,

    Barry, thanks for the response.

The downloads are added by the URL (https:// or https://)

We use a plugin called CDN Enabler.

    Hey,

Looks like the ‘CDN Enabler’ plugin isn’t picking up our download URLs. Could you please create a support ticket on their forums and ask if they support our plugin? I’d be happy to work with them to add support to their plugin.

Please let me know if they’ve responded to you.

    Kind Regards,

Hey you haven’t responded to this ticket, so I’m marking this as resolved. Please do let us know if you’re still experiencing an issue.
