Thumbnail Navigation Unresponsive

  • Hello,
    My site has been using Master Slider for about 5 years. Lately the thumbnail feature no longer changes slides when a user hovers over them or clicks one (though they still highlight). The only real change the page has had recently was shifting to https://.
    I’ve tried this on IE, Edge, Chrome, and Firefox.
    The feature is set to display a thumblist with only “Insert Navigation Arrows” and “Change slides on hovering over thumbs/tabs.” being turned on.

    Also, other navigation options, like bullets and mouse scrolling do work.

    There was no respond from avert until today.
    Do you have found any solution so far?

    I decided to delete the plugin due to no support. Now I’m using a lightbox plugin and wordpress galerie instead of the master slider.
