Plugin changing 3rd party HTTPS to HTTP

We currently do not have HTTPS installed, but it will be installed in the near future and this plugin is causing a 3rd party script that is loaded via wp_enqueue_scripts() to change from https:// to https://. This needs to load https:// all the time, no matter what. It doesn’t make sense to reverse this, especially for 3rd party scripts. Please let me know how to fix this issue, or I will not be able to use this plugin.
