    Hi
on our checkout page the paypal.png image in the grey paypal payment box is sourced from a https:// rather than a https:// all the other images on the page are ok. This is stopping my magic green padlock. Am i doing something wrong or is there something i didnt do? Checkout works fine its just the image i think.
If you go to the site to check it, it needs an item in the basket to view the checkout page im afraid.

    Thanks

    Peter

It looks like you must be running an old version of our plugin. Can you verify that you are running the latest version 1.4.6.3?

    Plugin page says its 1.4.6.3.

That is odd because we are no longer using that graphic at all. Do you have any caching or CD and tools you can clear to see if that helps?

Ive tried clearing everything i can think of.
Is it worth me uninstalling the plugin, make sure the folder has gone via ftp and reinstall from a download rather than the plugin page?
I realise i would have to set everything back up again, but it would be worth it if its likely to work.

i deleted the plugin and re installed it.
This did nothing at all. still the same.
Does that mean the fault is in another plugin, even though it references a folder in ‘paypal for woocommerce’?

@ghostgeezer, sorry for the confusion, that graphic does show up in our plugin sometimes depending on your settings. It’s still odd that it’s not using https:// for you, though. Our code logic looks at WordPress is_ssl() and forces https:// if that evaluates as true. Any reason that wouldn’t be evaluating to true for you that you can think of?

We’re going to take a closer look at this because we have better graphics to use there, so I’d like to adjust it anyway, but if you can think of any reason why is_ssl() wouldn’t be evaluating to true for you that would be helpful.

One thing you could do for now is set “Checkout Button Type” to Custom Image, and then set your own image URL for graphic to be used. This would use https://.

Thank you for getting back to me.
Overnight (here in the uk) I have wiped almost everything and reinstalled all the plugins.
I am getting through things slowly but everything seems to be ok now.
this doesnt help find why it wasnt using https:// but i am happier now things are going in the right direction.
    Thank you for your help
