Not Working on my site

Hi, I’ve tried to subscribe to the newsletter with the form on https://www.consamb.it/.
Using Chrome Developer tools I see the following things:

“FormData” contains subsUrl:https://{console_url}//frontend/xmlSubscribe.aspx/?source=generic (one of the two ‘/’ after console_url is too many, it should be removed from admin panel)

“Response” contains error code -1011 (it means that IP verification is set and the caller IP is not registered https://help.mailup.com/display/mailupUserGuide/WordPress#WordPress-AuthorizingWordPresstocommunicatewithMailUp, https://help.mailup.com/display/mailupapi/HTTP+API+Specifications#HTTPAPISpecifications-RESPONSEVALUES)

Please let us know if it is enough to fix the problem
