I run Synology DS118 incl. website domain and SSL certificate.
I install wordpress directly to the root (excl. wordpress directory)
I install plugin Easy HTTPS (SSL) Redirection working fine
My Website running Secure with https:// everything running fine..

I get conflicting information from my “Media Library files” this URL is still https:// when I use “Edit more details” that URL shows https://

QST, How can I get my “Media Library files” URL on https:// instead of https://?

Use the plugin “better search replace”. Search for https://example.com and replace with https://example.com. When done, make sure you clear any caches. No plugins are necessary to have an https site.

Do you have any caching/optimization plugins? Does the synology server do its own caching?

    >Does the Synology server do its own caching?
NO I am running on virtual host (Synology do nothing)

I have no idea what that means. If there’s no caching, results should be immediate after running better-search-replace.

    01 example root \\wp-files etc…
    02 example root \\wordpress\wp-files etc…

    OK I will run better-search-replace

I do WP in parallel directories:

    /var/www/siteone.comn
    /var/www/sitetwo.com

etc. It makes things a lot easier when I try to go find a site.

Finaly I take an other route to solve my problem

    Open phpMyAdmin
    Goto wp_dbase left panel wp_options
Goto Option_id 1: edit siteurl from https://… to https://… press go
Goto Option_id 2: edit home from https://… to https://… press go
    Close phpMyAdmin

Now my Media Library files URL show https://…
    Problem solved…
