    Hello,

    We love your plugin and would like to connect it to Mautic. We have followed all the steps and read your forums but are still not able to fetch the mautic lists.

    We have enabled the api settings and connected the Mautic correctly.

    Has this issue been resolved?

    Could you try using your Mautic domain without https:// part and see if that makes any difference for you?

    Could you also let me know, are you trying with a self-hosted Mautic account or a free one? Please advise!

    Hello Dimitris,

    I hope your doing well as well.

    I have followed your steps and i am still not getting any lists fetched. I have tried the domain without https://, with https:// and with https:// and still no luck.

    We are using a self hosted Mautic account.

    I made a little test in a site of mine and seems to work well.

    Please keep in mind that you should also enable the HTTP Basic Auth in your Mautic configuration API settings, apart from API itself.

    Could you please perform a quick conflict test around this?
    You can either backup your site and deactivate all other plugins, also activate a default theme like TwentySeventeen and try again.
    Or setup a fresh WP site and install Hustle again, without any other plugin, and give this another try.
