    Hello,

    after updating to 4.9.11 and now 4.9.12 matomo isn’t counting any visitors anymore. Also now I’m getting the “You have a duplicate implementation of your statistics tool on your site” warning for a few days regardless of having only Complianz adding the matomo script.

    I can’t seem to get it to work again while leaving Complianz active. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi @cruelly,

    Please change the URL of your Matomo script from https:// to https://.

    Under Wizard – Cookies – Statistics – Configuration. Insecure requests are blocked, let me know if this helps,

    Thanks for the quick reply.
    Matomo is counting visitors now but it seems without any kind of statics like landing page etc..
    I will check again tomorrow after some more visitors.

    Not working. Counting doesn’t work and complianz still complains about “You have a duplicate implementation of your statistics tool on your site”.

    HI @cruelly,

    If you have the Matomo plugin installed, please use:

    yourdomain.com/wp-content/plugins/matomo/app/

    and try again, I see index.php is added, which might be an issue.

    For the double statistics, I think this might be the trigger:

    <link rel=’dns-prefetch’ href=’//www.google-analytics.com’/>

    Which is in your page source, I can’t see where it’s coming from.
