    Hello all,

    I’ve recieved the invite to the Zapier API and filled out the credentials but Zapier won’t connect, leaving a ‘JSON results array could not be located.’ error message in the Zapier interface. I’ve entered the credentials as listed on the Jetpack CRM API Settings page. When I got the error at first, I changed the endpoint to https:// because my site is a secure connection but the endpoint listed it only with https://. Still no success. Can you assist? thanks!

    Turns out that when the Client portal is used as the homepage, it somehow blocks the API. Changed the settings for the homepage and now it works. Hope this helps someone in the future!

    Yes, currently it’s not possible to set the Client Portal page as the homepage without some issues; we’ve got that logged on our end.
