I’m working in a staging site before replacing the current live site with this staging one. When I add icons from the Elementor icon library, they show up correctly in the editor and in the page preview. But when I put the url into a different browser to view the page independently from WordPress, the icons only show up as rectangles

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @vlegates,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please deactivate any caching or optimization plugin on the site.

Mixed Content issues can also cause problems. If you have http/https mixed content problems, you will often see missing images or icons on your live site.

If the URL of your site is https and the WP and site address are not. Please make sure your site is back up before proceeding with the following: Go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General and ensure that both the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) are the same and that both are either https:// or https://.

Then change the URL by following this guide: I Changed the URL of My Website and Elementor Does Not Work Anymore

The last step is to clear all forms of cache, including your browser cache, your WP cache (your WP caching plugin if you have one), and your server cache if you have one. (In this case, you can contact your hosting provider for help clearing the server cache.)

    That should solve the issue.

In case you need further assistance, let us know.

    Kind Regards

I disabled LiteSpeed cache, which got rid of the issue with the icons. Is there another caching plugin that I can use that won’t cause this problem? I’m trying to speed up the response time of my website, and all speed checkers say I need to optimize images with a caching plugin

I reached out to LiteSpeed cache, and they recommended I reactivate the plugin and individually turn off all CSS and JSS settings, so that I could see which one was causing the issue. Once I turned off CSS minify, I could see my icons again in any workspace or browser
