HTTP to HTTPS Not Working

Hello,
So basically, I’ve been trying to get my site to HTTPS instead of HTTP. I’ve done this multiple times with other sites, but WordPress doesn’t want to seem to do it.

So when change my site url is https://, it loads perfectly fine. As you can see below, the images load: https://prnt.sc/e9bw4p

Now, when I change just my site URL to “https://” it fails. It gives me the following error in chrome (censored my url):

The example.com page isn’t working

example.com redirected you too many times.

Try clearing your cookies.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I have tried everything, it does not want to load. Thanks for the time.
