Getting a No SSL warning, but I do have an SSL Certificate

WooCommerce uses the WordPress is_ssl() function to check the server for SSL. It also checks the WordPress URL and Site Address URL under Settings > General.

If you have an outdated version of PHP ( pre 7.0 ) it’s a possibly this data cannot be obtained.

Although the most likely cause is an incorrect URL (https:// instead of https://) in your settings. Can you confirm the two URLs under Settings > General both include HTTPS and that the PHP version is recent?

You can find the version of PHP under WooCommerce > Status or by reaching out to your host to help update it.

Also, are you using the plugin called ‘Really Simple SSL’?
