Gallery Slide Not Showing Properly

  • The Gallery Slide on the property page is not showing correctly. Usually, all the images on the gallery of other properties I have entered are cropped to a certain height. However, this property I have linked isn’t cropped.

    I have checked the css and compared to the other properties and it is correct.

    Not sure why it is getting this.

    However, I see the notice of many images cited as http: // …. Did you switch from http: to https: during the theme usage?

    We did change from hosting and to https://.
    I already ran the search and replace on the database and configured really simple ssl plugin for that.

    I have inspected the site again and images are loaded as https://.
    However, there are certain parts of ere plugin that loads links as https://. They are the social links and the google map link.

    I will delete and upload the files and see what happens. Will let you know.

    For example this image wp-content/uploads/2019/08/portofino-aerial-min.jpg

    is referenced in a minified css file with http.

    You use Elementor: Elementor creates css files with URL’s in it that point to a http URL. To resolve it, you can select the images again in the editor, then click save. Then you may need to clear the browser cache to flush the minified files. That should resolve the issue.

    I figured out what was wrong. Although I have the SSL issue that is being fixed. The problem was that the person inputting the images was uploading the images at full size and resizing with WordPress.

    As I explained to him to edit the photos before uploading them. That did the trick.
    The images are displayed well.
