Cant Enter Credit Card Details

    Hi,
    I am in development mode and hence only have http active.

    Your plugin works fine when in Test mode, however, when live I cannot enter the Credit Card Details.

    Any ideas?

    Hello – did yo find what was causing this because I have the same problem?
    I cannot physically enter the credit card details in live mode (cannot type in anything), but can successfully enter the credit card details in test mode. – Thanks

    Is https in development mode?
    You need https (SSL certificate) for STRIPE live to work.

    Hi, Thanks for getting back to me.
    No, it is not https://, The HTTPS:// was all set up before I installed your plugin.
    It’s weird – I have not experienced anything like this before.
    Appreciate the help with this.

    I hope the plugin developer has a solution as this is a strange issue I haven’t encountered before.

    Please try clearing the site cache from the server-side.

    Hello – thanks for getting back to me.
    We don’t have any cache plugin on the website.
    I contacted the hosting company and they say the Server cache is cleared quite regularly, and that wouldn’t affect the ability to enter credit card details on the website.
    Any other suggestions please?
