Adsense causing web page to display as blank

  • Sorry but I’m not tech savvy but hope you can help. Google Adsense is causing my web pages to display blank after briefly loading. Adsense was initially installed with the google Sitekit. I reinstalled it several times with the same issue occurring. And when I deactivate the plugin, everything is fine. So I then installed the Advanced Ads plugin, to see if that would work around the problem but still have the same issue. This issue is occurring on PC. I don’t think there are any issues with this occurring on phones. Any ideas for a tech dummy?

  • You are using the Visual Composer Website Builder plugin, which causes a lot of errors in the browser console when your page is called up. The reason is probably that it is called via https:// instead of https://. Apparently, the configuration of the page URL is not quite right. You could try to solve this by saving the permalinks (simply click Appeareance > Permalinks > Save button).

    Regardless of this, my advice would be to contact the developers of the Google Ads plugins if you have any problems.
