I was looking for ways to add a customized watermark (company logo) to all images, and this plugin seems close to what I need. Just wonder if this project is still running, as it has been dormant over 2 years.

I have images stored on Google Cloud.
After installing this plugin, I tried to edit a featured image in a product, but this is not working. Once the WP Paint screen pops up, it’s saying “Loading” and that’s it. Nothing happens after hours waiting. I tried all the scenarios like disable all other plugins, theme change etc. Nothing succesfull.

So, is it correct that this plugin is not working on images stored on Google Cloud?

I am experiencing the same problem as someone had mentioned some months ago. Has this been resolved? It does go back to the home of the gallery and does not allow you to edit the next item in line. Without having more than one page of images you will never be able to replicate this problem.

I’m using the WP Pain plugin and I like it. I would like to be able to keep the filename after I’ve edited and saved the image. Is this possible? Currently a random number is added.

The rationale behind this is simple: All posts using the image will have the new version.

I found there will be a new revised image named by “wpp” prefix.

and that is the reason why the image in a post was not immediately changed or replaced, right?

If yes, it would be great if it support auto replacing, otherwise, we need mannually find and replace the orignal one.

Is it possible to give privileges to authors/subscribers to use this editor? as i noticed plugin only allows to use editor for users who has manage_options privilege. Can we change this? cuz authors cant provided with manage_options where they can do whatever they want with this privilege. there maybe a simple code snippet to adjust this?

This might be really simple. Let’s say I draw a rectangle over my image. After creating this rectangle, I can’t seem to figure out how to change the line thickness or its corner radius later, or whether or not it is filled. It gives me an option to change only the line color. The only way I can change other properties is by deleting and starting over again.

Also, is there a way to blur an image outside of a circle? The blur tool seems to operate inside the circle only.

I have been using this plug-in for a few months and it worked great. I was going to upgrade to pro but when I tried editing an image now it won’t save due to a PHP error. I have changed nothing on my website since I have installed this. I saw your other comment about forcing https://, again I have changed nothing since installing this plugin. If I cannot get it resolved I will have to use another plugin but I was hoping to upgrade this one to pro.

Are users of my site able to access the editor from the front end or they need back end access?

In the WordPress media gallery the image dimensions are: 1553 × 2560, however when I edit with WP-Paint the images is immedately reduced to 455×751. This isn’t ideal especially for retina images. Please advise?

Why is it that all images loaded into wp-paint are pixelatd?? unreadable text at any resolution and ‘box-pixelated’ content. Just installed and the very first image just doesn’t fill me with confidence if this is the overall plugin image quality. No matter how much i adjust the zoom the image is just a boxed-pixelatd mess. Is it difficult to achieve the same image quality as used by the built-in media editor?? If so then apologies but it really needs to be looked at. First impressions ‘count’ and i’m not overly impressed especially as a decent WP image editor has been amiss since WordPress was created.

Hi great plugin and thank you. I need to apply a simple 1:1 (square) aspect ratio for my pictures. I can do that with the built in WP Editor but quite honestly it is lacking in many areas! Anyway I can add that to my functions file or can you make an update? or am I just simply missing a setting somewhere?

I will try this again. I have two sites that the plugin is not loading the images. From the last message, you stated that it could be a site URL configuration.

The second site (mrfaux.artist-sites.com)I reset the URLs to https even though I don’t have an SSL installed on that site yet and now it’s working.

However, the main site art-faux2.com is not and there is an SSL, and https is set correctly.
