We import links via CSV every week, and just noticed as of a few weeks ago, the order is almost random now, but not quite.
It appears to import from the 2nd last link upwards, and then the last one after that. So if your CSV is

- F
After import you get
- E
- D
- C
- B
- A
- F
Which has messed up our processes a bit and resulted in a number of mistakes being made.

Hi guys! My website https://fup.org.br used to show correctly the short links’ previews when shared on WhatsApp or Facebook, with all meta tags information from the regular post url. However, it looked that it suddenly stopped working. When I tried sharing a link, for instance, https://fup.org.br/umz3, it doesn’t render the link preview, and also, when I tried scraping the link on facebook debugger, it returned a 403 http error, and returned no meta information.
Any clue on how to solve this problem? Thank you in advance!

]]>Is there a way to integrate URL Shortify with the dlvr.it social media scheduling tool? They give two options: a 3rd party shortener (I’m guessing this is the one) or a custom domain (which I also have). I’ve copied the settings for both options below.
Is this possible? I rely on dlvr.it for my social posts, so I’m hoping this something I can do with Shortify.
I have a custom domain that is separate from my main domain. On existing posts when I go back to create a short link, it generates with my main domain even though I’ve selected the custom shorter domain. This only seems to be happening on existing posts.

Our use case is that we push a CSV file in using a POST request, but then have to go and manually add them to groups.

Here is a screenshot on how it created two similar links for 2 different posts (one posted on 16 may and one posted on 21 may) links are auto generated upon publish.
the old generated link under the pin icon in Meta Info column it shows the correct link while the new generated link under the pin icon in Meta Info column shows ?p=194669 which is a broken link

I’m adding /a to the generated link in order to minimize the possibility of encountering this bug. so every few weeks i change it to /b then /c etc… which is not really a proper solution.

I just upgraded to PRO version and exported from a version (backup) of February all links to “links.csv”.
Then I went back to my actual WordPress installation and tried to import all my links but get the error “Invalid columns in CSV file. Please make sure slug & url columns are available in CSV file.”
Its strange as this file was generated by URL Shortify itself…

Recently (several days ago) my WooCommerce Mobile App stopped working and writes “error fetching data”. I have isolated the issue and found out that app starts to work with URL Shortify plugin disabled.
I suppose, that URL Shortify somehow conflicts with WooCommerce API.
