My PHP error log regularly reports errors of this form:

Cron reschedule event error for hook: shortcodes_ts_tracker_send_event, Error code: invalid_schedule, Error message: Event schedule does not exist., Data: {"schedule":"once_in_week","args":[],"interval":604800}

I believe that the ‘ts_add_cron_schedule’ function for the ‘cron_schedules’ hook is not being added as a filter soon enough (or often enough?), and so that cron schedule is not in place in time to be used, resulting in the above error.

I want to change the font-size, font-weight and color of the Tab titles. The documentation mentions css as a parameter for [ac-tabs], but how do I find the selector for titles of the Tabs?

Hi, thanks for the plugin updates, there are more and more plugins for the classic editor abandoned, it is appreciated that some plugins are still working.

I can’t get the button icon size to work, it’s also not clear what is the parameter to use, you don’t specify it in the plugin referencer:

should it be 4, 4x, 4px?

Also no option works for me.

Lightbox, using the wp-jquery-lightbox plugin, has stopped working when the content is in a TAB.
The images now open in another browser tab rather than a popup lightbox window.
The pages that don’t use TABs are not affected.

Any ideas??

I manage 70+ websites with Arconix Shortcode installed. This latest update generates a full page of documentation, interrupting the Dashboard. Please don’t do that again. I can find documentation on my own.

We are doing a page speed optimization on the site and found bad requests from the plugin. These resources returns 404.

The normal triangle icon displays briefly then is replaced by a flashing ? and ! in a circle. The titles are otherwise clickable and open and close the accordion sections without trouble, but I can’t get the icon to display properly. (See example here: https://mywebmaestro.com/screenshot/example.jpg) I’ve tried to find something via Google that would help but have come up empty. Is this a known issue?

since the last update of WordPress I got some problems with Arconix. When it’s activated, my jquery Flexslider and my jquery Accordion Menu won’t work. When I deactivate Arconix they work perfectly. I tried to prevent Arconix from loading jquery but then Arconix stops working completely for me. Any idea how I can get Arconix to work with my other plugins?

I’ve installed Arconix Shortcodes to use the toggle code. It works fine on other sites but when I try on my new site, it doesn’t work : the title doesn’t show.

Hi, is there a shortcode to show the latest 5 Faqs only?

Hello! If you go to https://programs.rutgerschurch.org/rates-schedule/summer-2017/, you’ll see some TablePress tables within some Arconix Shortcodes tabs. Click through the different tabs on your desktop/laptop screen and everything looks fine.

However, go to the same URL on a mobile device, or reduce the width of the window to a mobile-like width and reload, and you’ll see the table looks fine on the “Monday” tab but the other tabs have very squished tables when you click to them, apparently because there’s a inline “width: 0;” being added to the table element.

I don’t think TablePress is doing this, so wondering if this is an Arconix Shortcodes issue. Thanks!

I’m using your accordions for an 8-week class, setting the current week to be the one open by default (accordion load=”5″). I’ve discovered that if I set 6 or higher, that one won’t be open, and none can be opened.

I have just moved my site to a new hosting company, and now I’m noticing that accordion menus are not working. This is an example page that has the problem.

You will see we are using the plugin (which as been working great!) where it says “Step 1: Regsiter your Interest.”

I searched your past support answers and found the solution about installing the JQuery Migrate plugin, which I did. I’ve activated it but that did not solve the problem.

Do you have any ideas for something else I can try?

I am using the toggle feature where there is a table that the user can show/hide. My problem is that in one case the table has five columns and it looks perfect within the toggle borders but in another case it has more. In this case the table overlaps the borders of the toggle and it looks messy. Is there a way to fix that? Thanks!

Please could I have some help with the accordion feature?

I am trying to scroll the window to the top of the accordion when a new one is opened. I’m quite new to js, so don’t know exactly what to write and where.

So far, I think I need to add in something like:
jQuery('.arconix-accordion-content').scrollTop(0);
to arconix-shortcodes.min.js, but don’t know at which point.

Any guidance that you might be able to provide would be most welcome.
