An error occured while loading the PDF

  • I’m loving the PDF Viewer but just recently I’m getting this error message:

    PDF.js v2.7.570 (build: f2c7338b0)
    Message: Failed to fetch

    I’ve tried a lot of tinkering with other plugins etc. with no success. If there is any idea of what this problem is, please let me know.

    I have to use another plugin at the moment

    Hi dmviolin,
    This issue may happen if the file is not available on the url or if you’ve used different protocol for file url & site url. By protocol, it means if your site uses https:// you need to make sure the pdf file url you use also starts with https://.

    Please let me know if the issue is still not resolved after ensuring same url structure.

    I now have another problem where the PDF viewer permalink does not match the right PDF BUT if I put this “/?preview=true” after the link – it works.

    What could be wrong?
