Image not displaying on web page

It’s a CORS issue. Setup your wordpress settings right.

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://secureservercdn.net/198.71.233.3/01d.385.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/vision/3/config.json?ver=1573675575' from origin 'https://reflexphotonics.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

… you might as well be speaking Chinese to me…
How do I “setup my WP settings right” to avoid this CORS issue ?

The CORs issue, it’s a very common problem if we use HTTPS

There are 4 possible solutions:
1) Setup redirection from HTTP to HTTPS – https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4083221/how-to-redirect-all-http-requests-to-https

2) Edit your .htaccess file and add the CORS section like below

# BEGIN CORS
<IfModule mod_headers.c>
<FilesMatch “\.(jpg|png|json)$”>
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin “*”
</FilesMatch>
</IfModule>
# END CORS

3) Edit your WP settings
WordPress Adress (URL) = https://???
Site Address (URL) = https://???

4) Try to use the “SSL Insecure Content Fixer” plugin if you use HTTPS

Strangely my WP setting are ok. they both point to https://&#8230;
Should I modify my htaccess file then ?

Maybe, I do not know. Each config is individual and unique. All I know is you should have a clean browser console log without CORS errors.

I have implemented the htaccess fix and the images are still not showing.
Any ideas ?

It’s your main domain – https://reflexphotonics.com/
But you load data from CDN – https://secureservercdn.net/198.71.233.3/01d.385.myftpupload.com/wp-content/uploads/vision/3/config.json?ver=1573675575
They’re different, as the result the ajax can’t load json file and the browser causes the CORS error. Ask your CDN provider how to fix it or try to find an answer on forums.

I may disable the CDN altogether. It is a pain when you update some media (pdf).
