Shortcode Plugging in Blank

Hello – I’ve got my menu shortcode removed at the moment to prevent user difficulty while I look into this, but I use this plugin on several other sites, and for some reason can’t get it to work this time. I double-checked that the shortcode does in fact have a value (it does), but when I insert it into my menu, that item just seems to be linking to nowhere. Usually I put https://[shortcode] (though I’ve tried it without the https://) and the menu plugs in the appropriate value. No luck this time.

I currently use the plugin on other sites with the same WP theme (Avada), one of which is saxoniaqa.com if that helps.

I’ve tried disabling the theme and all plugins, and still come across the same issue. I’m not using the User Menus plugin mentioned elsewhere in the forums here – I can’t think of anything else. I’d appreciate any help – thanks in advance for your time!
