    Yannick,

Sorry it’s been so long since I’ve worked on this. I’ve been out on a family trip for almost a month.

The fix that you did works great! I’ve imported almost 10,000 links and the Global Options page still displays correctly and quickly.

    Thanks you!

I go off to do more imports and run into more/same/different problems that make me question whether I actually saw the Global Options page earlier!

Now when I use the continue60update link, I’m getting the list of links instead of the Global Options page. Without passing through the Global Options page, I can’t get to the import/export section.

In case I was seeing a cached page… I opened up another browser with a private tab, logged in to my WordPress, and the same list of links came up with the continue60update command.

I deleted those 600 links again but still only get the Link Library list of links. Of course, I’m now below the 4476 so the Global Options page is working.
Maybe the Links Library list of links is what I saw before and thought it was the Global Options page when the number of links were above 4476. I know, I’m not making sense…

Any suggestions about how to get to the Global Options page when the number of All/Published links are above 4476?

    With your Dashboard link:
    https://<domain name>/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=link_library_links&continue60update=1

Everything is working great! All links are back under All/Publish. The Global Options page is loading correctly. And searches are working well!

    Off to do more imports!

    Thank you!

I was saying to ignore this post and look over at “Hard limit of 4476 on the number of links” at:

when Yannick got to the answer just a bit earlier! Ha!

    >Is there a specific why you are trying to import links directly via SQL?

Because I was using an older version of your plugin and hadn’t updated to find the import function! Ha!

I have updated and I’m importing now. Up to 5901 links at the moment and finding out that my web page with the search is not loading. I’m going through deleting links (20 at a time on a page) trying to see if it’s corrupt data or the amount to data. Once I know more, I’ll start a new thread if needed.

Thank you for getting me moving forward!

    Yannick,

    That worked!

I assume I can use Libraries to the same with different Categories, 1 at a time.

    Thank you!

I too am having this code come back over and over. I’ve been down the list that citra mentioned and I know everything is clean. I’ve been down other lists where they talk about changing the wp-content directory name; I am leaving changes like this for last ditch effort.
    What I know so far:
    * I have 3 sites on a self hosted Macintosh server. All security updates have been applied.
    * All wordpress and all themes are up-to-date.
    * All 3 sites get infected within an hour of each other.
    * Only the header files are targeted.
    * No one has logged into any of my sites since it was last cleaned so this is not a bad password issue.
    * Although my .htaccess files get modified a lot by Backup Buddy, I don’t see anything strange or malicious in them.
    * I have cleaned the resulting code that lewisp91 has shown above only for the code to come back within 3 to 36 hours. Even though I’ve cleaned the resulting code, I am now looking for the injection code of the malware.

lewisp91, What kind of hosting server/service are you using?

    Coming strategy for fixing this:
    * Turn off one of my sites to see if it gets infected when the other do. If so, then it’s some process running on the server.
    * Compare web server logs commands to the times when the header files get modified. This is a pain in the ass but it might find the code/IP source of the malware.

I’m sure we are not the first people to get this. I wish someone with more knowledge of this malware would step up and tell us how to remove/fix the exploit in my server.

Oh… I forgot to say that I’ve been down that path already.

Although I can’t find where my Upload folder is specified in my WordPress admin, I can see/watch as wpcf7_captcha is created on my server and the privileges are 775.

Note: My problem is not about the image, it’s about the whole body not showing up.

Any more suggestions about how I can go about troubleshooting this so that I can get my site working again?

    Rob
