I have contacted my host and they seem to correct the issue now.

It means it had nothing to do with the form itself nor wordpress, it my greatest host company… but I’ts done now and working 100%

I just checked my ftp server and learned that those messages are being sent directly to my FTP in /mail/new/ as this

edit: I created a new email in my hosting cpanel (not in google apps) and all messages sent via CF7 are received at my host email and not google apps..

Isn’t DKIM to do with outgoing messages? I’ve been using google apps for the past few years and all emails work just fine.

What else can I check?
