Hi this is still not resolved as the issue is still occuring.

Resolved

I have managed to resolve the issue. The option for Submit form via AJAX was ON. Once I had turned it off the /login/ page started working.

I have updated the Elementor plugins to the following.
Elementor 3.16.3
Essential Addons for Elementor 5.8.9
Happy Elementor Addons 3.8.9
Elementor Pro 3.12.2
Essential Addons for Elementor – Pro 4.4.6
Premium Addons for Elementor 4.10.7

I have then disable all other plugins on the website and the error continues to occur.

I then tried to login on a separate page /my-account/ this page works, and I am able to login

If I login from the /checkout/ page. The login works.

So the issue appears to be isolated to the /login/ page.

I followed those steps and confirm that the Points on Cart is active.

The points balance shortcode is working and displays all points available.

But no option to apply points to the cart.
