If I understand correctly…

“https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/”>Dashboard|true”

will show Dashboard link only for admin

If il write…

“https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/”>Dashboard|editor”

will show Dashboard link only to editor

If il write…

“https://www.mydomain.com/wp-admin/”>Dashboard|true|editor”

will show Dashboard link only to admin and editor

In WP General setting the URL was “www.mydomain.com” but in Sidebar Login links of Dashboard and Profile was “mydomain.com”
