Hi, yes the service to be booked will be in the note section. Currently, owner has to type in the exact service name in in order for booking to synchronize. In reality, salon owners rarely remember the exact service names they created. Some stores have over 100 services and some names are really long. Most of them use abbreviations when they enter service. For example, full manicure and pedicure service will be entered as “f manipedi.” The note section is flexible because they can enter whatever they want.
As long as the time slot selected in Google is synchronized correctly to salon booking then overbooked will not occurred. For example, if salon owner enters 10-11am for manipedi in Google, this time frame will be blocked in salon booking according to the “customers per session” in salon booking rules setting. This way, others cannot book this slot.
I hope that explains it. Thanks!

In reply to: [Login with phone number] Add a new fieldSorry I wasn’t clear. I meant to say, “Name field” for sign up form.
@wordpresschef Thanks for replying to me. I try to run https://mysite.com/wp-cron.php?action=sln_sync_from_google_calendar using the web browser and it returns a blank white page. Does that mean anything to you?
@wpexpertssupportteam thank you for your response. Is there a work around solution? I am trying to give users points for clicking on the same link. But I want to limit it to only twice a month.

In reply to: [WP-UserOnline] User Refresh Time@gamerz Hi Lester, thank you for this awesome plugin. In your plugin, the default setting for refreshing is 5 mins. If I understand this correctly, this is for both – insert new users and remove users from the database.
Is there a way to have two separate refreshing times? One for inserting new users and one for removing users from the database?
I am working on a custom tracking and need to display online users within 5s after they log in. But I also want to keep them in the database around 5-10 minutes.
Thank you!

@elliot007 I keep getting the error “Plivo: Please check your settings”
I attach the screenshot here so you can see my setting in the sms test console. Am I missing something?
Plivo error screenshotHi salonbooking, thank you so much. Your solution works. I changed the phone field at under checkout tab to required and everything works now :). Thank you thank you!
Yes, I used the test console. Everything works except the sms reminder. Could you share your Plivo setting? I couldn’t ger Plivo to work at all. Thanks!
I would like to clarify. Everything, including follow up sms for feedbacks, work. The only thing does not work is the SMS appointment reminder. I set it at various interval to test but nothing seems to work. Thanks
