@keraweb I have installed 2.8.22.1 again and applied the change(s). And yes, I can confirm that this change fixes the issue I have with 2.8.22.1. Thanks! So no automatic update will destroy it again ??

@keraweb @wilbertschaapmancom mentioned that he solved the issue with downloading this old version. Also I was able to solve the issue with downloading the old version. So no, it’s not a very old issue. For me it’s a really new issue which arrived after the weekend (automatic udpates). As I know last week everthing worked fine. I don’t know if 2.8.22 is also affected, but 2.8.22.1 is affected.

Maybe your official site should be updated. You are right. 2.8.3 is long time ago (but it works) ??

Thank you wilbert! That worked for me too. Seems the automatic update process of wordpress repository will need some time for the newest version. But the replacement with the latest version directly from their website worked. Thanks!

Yeah, I’m facing the same issue. Seems to be a bug in the latest version. The references are still in the database, but they aren’t shown in the backend or frontend… Also to link them again or create a new record does not work. Seems that the file field is broken somewhere at the moment. Hope the issue is fixed soon.
