Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [CF7 Google Sheets Connector] Can’t deactivate Google accessI am having the exact same problem. I have tried deactivating all plugins and hard refreshing. Have you found a solution to this?
It still happened last time I checked last week. But since I didn’t hear back from you for so long I switched to UpDraft Plus for backups. They split their uploads into smaller files so it works. I can’t really go a month without backups.
Another note that might be helpful for you:
When it doesn’t work it says “Job completed in 0 seconds” on the jobs page progress bar when it finishes.I did some more testing and it works fine when I turned off SiteGrounds’s “Ultrafast PHP” along with their caching and other optimizations. Full size and other plugins on.
Is this a problem you know about? Is there any way for it to work with the Ultrafast PHP on?
Thanks for any help.I’m noticing the same problem on more sites. I’ve tried disabling all other plugins. I tried deleting and reinstalling the backwpup plugin. I tried simplifying the backup settings. I’ve tried turning off caching and other things. I tried all of these things at once. None of that helped.
I tried splitting the backup into multiple jobs to reduce size. If it’s pretty small it works. If it’s over 200mb or so it doesn’t work. I’d be happy to split it up a bit, but that seems like too much splitting.
I’d appreciate any help. Otherwise I’ll need to switch to a new backup plugin. This isn’t working.
@duongcuong96 Thanks for checking the log and replying.
Yes that’s the problem. The job isn’t completing. On the jobs page it says the job completed but it didn’t. That is the log after it says it completed and even after waiting more time for it to keep going.
So the question is, what’s stopping it from completing and how do I get it to actually complete? It seems to have something to do with the size of the backup. When I edit the job to exclude the uploads folder (where most of the size comes from) it works fine.
Thanks for any help
Thanks!
Thanks so much for all the answers!
Does “not too far away” mean a few weeks? A few months? Any ballpark idea?Okay! And the updated version will fix this?
A snippet, or just pointing me to the right line numbers, would be really helpful in the short term.
Thanks for looking into this!Is there any sort of fix I can do for it? It works fine if I’m logged in, is it possible to fix the php code that’s setting it to 0?
Or any idea when it will be fixed?
Would the pro-version fix it somehow?
Thanks so much for all of your help!Yes they are being saved with 0 spaces available.
When I submitted the event as a guest user, I put in 10 spaces. And it shows 10 spaces in the bottom screenshot as well.
But the system also somehow saves it as 0, as shown by the bottom screenshot.I’ve looked into this more and discovered that if I go into the event edit page and manually change the number of spaces, it registers that there are open spaces. I don’t know if that helps at all.
I’ve made a new sample guest created event for you to look at since the ones I made before are now past the event date: https://protectingplayas.com/events/guest-event-2/
And here is the event edit page for that event:
Top: https://cl.ly/UdoQ (shows the date in the future)
Middle: https://cl.ly/Ueq1
Bottom: https://cl.ly/Udra (shows 10 spaces and no cut off date)
But then on the events page it shows 0/0 booking slots: https://cl.ly/Ue5sIt seems like there is something about making a guest event that makes it set open slots to 0…
Again, thanks for any help.
Well there should still be spaces open because I set there to be 10 and it hasn’t allowed to make any bookings. But it thinks there are none. You can make a fresh one and see.
How do I tell what the booking cut off date is?
Here’s a screenshot of the booking settings if that’s helpful: https://cl.ly/URkf
Thanks so much for helping me with this![ No bumping please. ]
Sure!
You can create a non-user event here: https://protectingplayas.com/lead/
And you can view and book here: https://protectingplayas.com/attend/
Theres a user and non user created event so you can see the difference.
Thanks!Yes exactly. An event from a non-logged in guest.
I’m seeing the “Fully booked” error message that I set in Events Manager->Settings->Bookings->Customize Feedback Messages->Fully booked
