Hi, you are right. You are welcome to use our 15+ free forever zotabox tools on 3 different websites (please add new websites on the dashboard) for free but if you wish to have multiple versions of the same tool (ex. more than 1 Facebook live chat) on the SAME website we ask you upgrade to one of our premium plans (you also get up to 5 of EVERY tool on the same website with our premium plans).

Thanks for pointing this out. When a website owner only selects one or two icons we only display the smaller icons on the right on smaller mobile devices.

We will update our setting page to reflect this and cause less confusion. I am sorry about the inconvenience.

Third party services like ours (Ex. Zopim and Sumome) require email addresses to create a ‘unique account’ so you may manage and edit your tools on our server.

We are sorry if this caused you any inconvenience. We have 1,000’s of happy wordpress users and only rare complaints.

Some apps like ours require an email address to create a ‘unique’ zotabox account for you to save and edit your settings for ALL your zotabox tools. The email address is automatically collected (the same email address associated with your wordpress account) when you install our app. This is standard procedure for apps like ours. You can also use your email address to login to your zotabox account directly at https://zotabox.com (with the password we emailed you).

We take your privacy seriously. You can always remove our wordpress app and also DELETE permanently your zotabox account on your account page – https://zotabox.com/customer/account/

We are sorry, Facebook automatically moves the conversation to Messenger. The advantage is you don’t need to be ‘at your desk’ to respond and both you and the customer can ‘re-connect’ at any time.

The most common fix for this issue is to make sure your facebook fanpage is VISIBLE TO EVERYONE including age and country.
