Our Facebook Chat plugin already use the latest Facebook SDK.
The warning may come from your other plugin or embedded Facebook script.

The live chat box used to come with an ‘x’ to easily close. Unfortunately, Facebook removed this ‘x’ and auto open the chat box. Zotabox can not override this, but we agree with you that the close box feature is now hidden and not obvious to visitors. Hopefully Facebook will add the ‘x’ button back soon.

This is a facebook thing. You need to have the fanpage inbox open in your browser to respond to messages, so not all admins have to have the fanpage inbox open.
All admins will receive notice of the new message and anyone can respond to it.

Facebook requires a visitor to login OR create a new Facebook/Messenger account to contact you via our Facebook Live Chat. Facebook will automatically ask your visitor to create an account if they don’t already have one.
