In reply to: [Live Chat with Messenger Customer Chat] I love it!You can send your website url to [email protected]. You should have gotten an email when you installed our app. We tried to be clear on our description page that Zotabox is a premium plugin.

Our live chat plugin includes 20+ other tools including page/form builder, popups, sliders, testimonials etc but we sadly have discontinued our free plan to focus on giving merchants a high ROI for our low cost package of tools.

We mention we have free trials, money back guarantees etc for our package of 20+ promotional sales tools for your website. You may have seen an old vlog or blog when our tools were free (these vlogs etc are from independent sources, not from Zotabox).

I gave general instructions to fix this issue (although it was fixed a few months ago and we have not had any issues since except this one exception).
Some people also do not like to give their website url on a public forum. That is why we recommend they contact us directly in this case.
Is that ok?

We have not had any reports of malware for a few months. These below instructions fixed the issue with everyone so far that has done it.
Please UPDATE our plugin to the latest version, THEN de-activate and reactivate our plugin again.

Our intent I can assure you is not to mislead anyone. We have NO mention of a free product in our description and multiple mentions of our premium product, free trials, money back guarantees etc.

In the past, this was a free tool and some old vloggers may have mentioned our free tools but we have decided to focus on our premium customers now with our package of 20+ sales promotional tools.
