Hi Kantze, we do not state this plugin is free. We mention we have free trials, money back guarantees etc for our package of 20+ promotional sales tools for your website. You may have seen an old vlog or blog when our tools were free (these vlogs etc are from independent sources, not from Zotabox).

I gave general instructions to fix this issue (although it was fixed a few months ago and we have not had any issues since except this one exception).

Some people also do not like to give their website url on a public forum. That is why we recommend they contact us directly in this case.

We have not had any reports of malware for a few months. These below instructions fixed the issue with everyone so far that has done it.

Please UPDATE our plugin to the latest version, THEN de-activate and reactivate our plugin again.

Our intent I can assure you is not to mislead anyone. We have NO mention of a free product in our description and multiple mentions of our premium product, free trials, money back guarantees etc.
