The image verification is from Facebook and we can not control it. It only happens to some visitors and is a spam protection device.

You can ‘live chat’ on Messenger. Also, both you and your visitors can continue or restart the conversation at any time and both of you don’t have to be ‘at your desks’ or on your website to communicate. Messenger automatically ‘moves’ the conversation to their platform but with 1 billion users this has its advantages too.
