One point to note, just in case – the stats are full and fine in my online dashboard, it is only the WordPress and Jetpack mobile apps that do not show the stats. To me, it seems like there is a working connection between my website and Jetpack even with Wordfence and Cloudflare involved.

Would your points still apply with this in mind?

Lucky you! I’ve just installed it a few days ago and uploading via Lightroom keeps throwing issues at me, can’t go past them. Working with the support team hoping this can be resolved but then there are a few other bugs I’m experiencing. Really wanted to find THE tool to keep things on my own website but so far, 3rd party services like ShootProof that I’ve used for a decade seem unbeatable in functionality and reliability…

One correction / clarification: the stats are not missing altogether, I still see them for older than two days. It is only the past two days where all stats are at zero.

Same problem. I start running a scan and it initiates, prepares for scan, and fetches the list of malware, core, theme and plugin file signatures from Wordfence, then starts to scan files even but always stops after analyzing 5,200 files. The animation keeps showing the “in progress” bar for hours.
