When first enter the website, the first image slide loads then goes to second slide and then goes back to first slide. After that it all settles per normal. I first thought it must be my laptop, but then I see same issue using my mobile phone.

No you can’t. I don’t think this plugin is being maintained? I suggest you read this thread before you decide to purchase.

Yeah I don’t get it. Many support threads say the support is great and others say support is poor. I was going to try the paid version but now not sire if I should?
