i upgrades from 2.0-2.01. All works untill I try to login then I get the messages below which i don’t understand

I have half solved the problem )) see above when I upload this is what I get

If I add the path by hand all is OK

Help!!

I had the same problem as above, I have had to change my permissions to 755.
The images upload they are in the directory, and the alt description appears but no image.
Help please appreciatted
