As discussed over email, issue was because of cache plugin, purging cache helped fixing the issue.

As error mentions its PHP’s fatal error. when plugin code is trying to use ZipArchive() function, its saying class is not found.
Sometimes restarting web-servers are required.Please go through all these answers and see if any one of it fixes it for you.

We just tried testing contact-form on your link from mobile and it seems working.
Can you provide more info on which mobile devices its not working? Like Android-Chrome, iphone-safari etc..
