Thanks for using our plugin,

I checked your page, I think there is some issue with css, on mobile browser, click event on your button is not happening. you can try opening mobile view on computer desktop and you will notice, click on button is not happening.

got it, make sure file type is allowed, for eg. if you are uploading jpg, and jpg is allowed to upload.

Sorry to hear about your illness, hope you are all rocking now.

I checked your error logs, error is PHP Fatal error: Class ‘ZipArchive’ not found, As mentioned on plugin page, ZIPArchive extension is one the requirement for this plugin, you need to enable ZIP extension for PHP on your server.

If you are on shared server, ask support team to do so.
