    Hello, @saniamohammadi

I tried to rename the .htaccess and when I logged back into my WordPress dashboard i got this message from WP Rocket

WP Rocket?could not modify the .htaccess file due to missing writing permissions. Don’t worry; WP Rocket’s page caching and settings will still function correctly. For optimal performance, adding the following lines into your .htaccess is recommended (not required) – followed by the HTML

is it possible that the plugin causing issue is my WP Rocket plugin

Thanks for the recommendation. I tried deactivating all plugins, but that didn’t fix it because, when I deactivated all plugins, I could log in, but when I changed the plugin_deactivated to just plugin, I experienced the same issue even before turning on any plugin.

Eventually, when I started turning the plugins on I could not identify which plugin was causing issues because the issue had already started before I started activating the plugins.

I will try other methods to see which works now
