Just an update to this; it only appears to affect Variable Products. Simple products duplicate and delete without an issue

I can confirm the new 4.5.7 update has fixed the issue with the quantity buttons on the Flatsome theme. Many thanks for that

Luckily I keep updraft daily backups so just extracted the plugin folder from one of those a few days before the most recent update and turned off autoupdates on that plugin until there’s a fix
