My apologies if I wasn’t very clear, I meant the store page tabs rather than the product tabs. Is it possible to add another tab in there?

We want to add a ‘Additional’ Information tab and I’ve managed to add it on the back end, but I’m having trouble to show it on the front end, the tab points me to 404 error page.
If you could please let me know where to fix this issue or what’s needed to be able to show this, that will be great.

My apologies it’s both vendor and admin.
I’ll try to investigate this further it might be because of the Dokan Refund section.
Hopefully last one, completely different issue, do you think it’s possible to customised a store page tabs even in dokan lite? What template do I need to check or make some changes. Thank you again.

Yes I agree, the refund is coming from both admin and vendor however the refund works only if you are doing this in the ‘Main Order’ and not in the sub-orders. However, if the successful order purchased in 1 vendor the refund works fine.
Do you know what php file should I check with this transaction process.
I am using Klarna payment gateway, if I will use a Stripe do you think this will work as normal?

Thank you for getting back to me. Ideally what we really wanted is to be able to refund a sub-order, at the moment we are getting this error:
“An error occurred while attempting to create the refund using the payment gateway API.”.
According to the payment gateway, to be able to get this is to incorporate their meta tags to the sub_order. Do you know how to fix this issue or which template should we edit. Do you think this is still in the listing.php

Thank you for letting me know. Yes that’s correct, however do you think it’s possible if the main order will appear on the vendor’s order page or if I activate manage_woocommerce, I can only see my vendor’s orders and it’s main orders?
On a separate note, can I add if else statement on thankyou.php page of WooCommerce regarding the sub order of Dokan?

Do you think it will be able to give me the capability to show this following feature:
Vendor User = To show Main Order and it’s sub-order only and restrict other orders that the vendor is not involved with? Hope this makes sense, sub-order is created by Dokan and the refund function is not working (API Captured) unless this is processed in ‘Main Order’ that’s why we wish to show the specific main order to the vendor.

I have another issue though, I was wondering if do you know if it’s possible for a a certain vendor to see ‘Main’ ord ‘Parent’ order for a Multivendor purchased instead of only seeing a suborder.

Do you think Dokan Pro has also options to change the products into price per weight?

It’s between WooCommerce, Klarna and Dokan Pro. I just wanted to double check if you had encounter like this issue before.
Whenever we switched on 3 plugins the refund function does not work, however if I switched Dokan Pro off, the refund and Klara refund are both working. Do you know if there is any marketing vendor that you can suggest for us to use that is fully compatible with WooCommerce?

Thank you for getting back to me. I message the support@ to show some more details.
Our Klarna account says it is captured and on Woo it’s completed, but on the WooCommerce when we process any kind of refund it says ‘Could not create new refund’ and shows on the right side of order with this message ‘Error during status transition. Credentials are required to create a Client’. I have also contacted WooCommerce maybe this issue is on their end. Thank you for your help.

Thank you Senff, It was the SSL I think conflicted the issue.
Hopefully this is the last one – I have another issue in refund section of Woo, whenever I submit a refund it shows ‘Could not create new refund’. Do you know what normally causes this issue.

Another one, do you know why ‘Logs’ on the Status doesn’t show on our backend? What normally causing this issue.
