You wrote: “We will try to fix this asap.”
And now you are closing it as resolved without the fix?
Yes.
Thank you so much for your reply. I realised that very quickly. The thing is that there is no point in hiding that. And if I had not written what I did, you would still pretend you know nothing about it.
Mykita,
automatic updates on my website are disabled, I always update each plugin manually, and I update wordpress manually as I have been doing for the past 7 years.
Yesterday when I came back home around 5 pm, I saw that the website is broken again, profiles disappeared, and accounts. Then I noticed an email from wordpress sent at 1:49 pm about the automatic update for UM from 2.6.0 to 2.6.5, which was weird to me, because that is the first time that I received such an email. What triggered the email?
Went to the dashboard and saw that the UM plugin still shows version 2.6.0. Went to the hosting site, file manager, found UM, it showed version 2.6.5 and date 29/06/23 time 1:49. Went back to the dashboard and now the UM is showing version 2.6.5. I have not made the manual update, and the automatic update is always disabled. I have a question for you: Can you as plugin owners make such an update? Just want to learn something new.
As to the problems I have been experiencing, you can find all the details in the support questions under “block rendered empty”.

(works with shortcode block in block editor too)profile page/3 types of profiles, one is admin
block editor>profiles not displayed
classic editor>shortcode>admin profile shows up;
the other two profiles do nottest page
block editor>block account is working>account is on page
classic editor>account workingblock editor>admin profile works as a block>displayed on page
the other two profiles do notclassic editor>shortcode>admin profile works,
the other two profiles do notI have done that today on a staging copy (with UM updated to 2.6.3) with WP Debugging plugin. There were no errors shown for UM plugin, there were some errors for one appointment plugin, and that was all. The account page, and profile pages were empty.
I have done tests today:
- only UM plugin 2.6.3 and GeneratePress theme: account page and profile page are blank pages, registration forms and member directory are displaying normally
- only Um plugin and 2017 theme: same result
- only UM plugin and 2023 theme: same result
- hosting on Siteground, php 7.4.33

In reply to: [Custom post types, Custom Fields & more] custom templateThank you for the reply, I think that is fair.
No, I am not using the Elementor.
I decided to learn how to register a custom post type, and custom taxonomy.
I have managed to do that, now I am at the step of a custom page template.
Regards, and thank youThat is fine, I was just asking about that feature.
Thanks for the reply.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Zero Spam for WordPress] error after update to 4.1.1it looks fine after another update today
Thank you
ok, will try that,
(just a note: I do not see any errors displayed, and
“GeneratePress doesn’t have a mega menu by default.”)I have noticed that too, already posted about that.
It is happening to me too, disabled all the plugins, but UM. So UM and GeneratePress lite theme, and the UM does not let me to add any restriction for the menu pages, it just switches to : page visible to everyone.
Help from the UM people?
