Ahh, ok. After playing with it a bit, I was able to do the changes the website suggests. I had to login to the site that does the hosting and access the files via the file manager within that website. Thanks you very much, saved my butt
I’m not experienced enough with this kind of stuff to do any of the things that link is recommending. I tried downloading FileZilla and following the steps according to the Edit Functions.php suggestion, but it won’t let me login when I try to QuickConnect to ftp://www.beyondtype2.com. I use the username and password with a blank port, and it gives me back a “Response: 530 Login authentication failed”
error. Ideas? I also tried it with Port: 21
