I excluded js/jquery/jquery.js and wp-include/js/tinymce from being optimized and also disable rocketloader but now the form is not even loading.

Contact form works fine but after using Autoptimize plugin it stopped working (infinite loading on sending). I fix that problem by adding below code in the functions.php file.
“add_filter( ‘wpcf7_load_js’, ‘__return_false’ ); “
