No it’s just for styling wp-login, wp-admin, registration and password recovery pages
The guy is not replying and evenly not using my plugin.

Logo Is Centered .
Activate the plugin from Plugins on your wp-dashboard .
Open the plugin and there is a option Enable plugin just select yes and
make changes as you want on your login page , at the end of the page you will see a Save Changes button click that button and log out to see the magic .Thank You
