I guess what mean is, after change the current theme to another theme, all images is “visible” and tooltips works well? It is a little strange, if so, would you please give us a download link of the theme? ??

I am not sure, do you using any cache plugin? Sometimes cache plugin will casued some strange issues, if you are using cache plugin, maybe you can try to disable the cache to do a check or refer to our guide:

Sorry for heard this problem, if you check our demos at https://tooltips.org/wordpress-tooltip-plugin/wordpress-tooltip-plugin-document/, you will find all images works well ?? I am not sure what caused the problem, if there are conflicts, you can find it by this way:
#1 Use wordpress backup plugin “duplicator” to do a full backup of your site, so you will in zero risk ??
#2 Change your theme to wordpress default theme and deactivate other plugins one by one to find which theme or plugin conflict with tooltip ??

The newest version did no changed the tooltip functionality, it just changed the admin area, knowledge, would you please check our demo at https://tomas.zhu.bz/frequently-asked-questions.html/ ? It is the newest wordpress tooltip plugin too, you will find images in tooltip popup box works well, when we check your site, we found a lot of cache error in browser console, would you please try to disable the cache to do a check or refer to our guide:

Yes, we do have this function to allow users change the “All” text to other words in backend — in our pro version, we will move this function to free version too, so you can change “All” to any words you want ??
