In reply to: [WooCommerce] High CPU usage after updating Woocommerce 5.5.2Hi Dilan,
Thanks for the replies!
I’ve searched for any reports of high CPU usage with the WooCommerce v5.5.2 update but I’m not finding anything.
It’s unclear if you disabled the WooCommerce Smart COD plugin. Can you let us know the results?
Also, which version of WooCommerce were you using prior to the v5.5.2 update? If it was a much older version, then there could be some data migration taking place which would explain the high CPU usage. However, that should return to normal CPU usage once the changes are complete.

>The plugin doesnt fire the PageView event through API, only navigator. The other events are working. What could be happening?
Good question!
I’m reaching out to a developer for more info on API PageView events and will follow-up when we have more info.
Are there any errors in the logs? WooCommerce > Status > Logs (tab). Look for the facebook_for_woocommerce entry.
Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] instagram doesn’t want to connectHi @catinka88
Thanks for reaching out for support with Facebook for WooCommerce.
> when following the steps I recieve this error message: “The selected page is addociated with an existing shop that differs from the shop associated with this instagram account”.
It appears there is some sort if account mixup. Please review your Facebook business account details at business.facebook.com. Go to Settings > Instagram Connection to view or connect your Instagram account to the Facebook Business account.
Once the accounts are connected, try to reconnect Facebook for WooCommerce.
Please let us know the results!

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] Value truncated (too long) [description]Hi there,
>I want to change the mapping from google description to > short wokommerce description. By default it is mapped with the main description (which is too long)
Great question! Currently the recommendation from Google is to adjust your product descriptions. More info here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6098378?hl=en
I’ve not been able to find any additional information with regard to changing the product description mapping to the short description. I’m checking with my team and will follow up here if we can find any more info about this.
Please let us know if you have any questions!

Are you able to create an admin user for us?
Head to Users > Add New and use the email [email protected]?for both Username and Email fields. Be sure to set the role to Administrator, then select “Show password”, copy the password, and click “Add New User” as on the screenshot –?https://cld.wthms.co/8coxBJ
Next, for security purposes, use our QuickForget tool (https://quickforget.com) and paste your site login URL and password into “The secret is…” field. Select “Save my secret” to get a URL you can then share with us –?https://d.pr/i/HMK9fh Please do not send the password to us directly.
Note that to comply with?GDPR?rules, you need to disclose that you are sharing access rights to third parties like us in your Terms & Conditions. You can find out more about your responsibilities as a store owner under GDPR here:?https://woocommerce.com/posts/the-gdpr-and-you-the-woocommerce-store-owner/
Last, but not least, delete our user account once your interaction with us is done. This helps keep your website safe by limiting the number of users with admin access. Thank you!`
We will be able to help you further there.

In reply to: [Google for WooCommerce] List of product properties sent to merchantHi there,
Thanks for reaching out with your questions about Google Listings & Ads!
>1. Does the plugin send the stock levels (quantity) to merchant center?
Google listings & ads does validate product availability when you configure your product feed in Merchant Center, but it does not maintain inventory levels.
More info about the specific sync data here: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/7052112>2. How often does the plugin sync with MC? or are there any triggers?
You can adjust your product “channel visibility” anytime, and the products will update automatically every 1-2 days.
More details here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/#channel-visibility
For triggers, they run automatically via ActionScheduler on your site. I supposed you can manually run the scheduled action to trigger a sync process.
More info here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/google-listings-and-ads/google-listings-and-ads-faqs/#section-8
Hi there,
There isn’t a direct way to change the payment success page. It could be accomplished with some php code if you are comfortable with adding a code snippet.
Another solution could be to use a plugin like Custom Thank You Pages.
There are some free options on www.remarpro.com.

In reply to: [Facebook for WooCommerce] Try to reconnect but page is “Already connected”Hi @subb
Thanks for the update!
>I did install the small plugin.
I did “Reset Facebook for WooCommerce settings”So it sounds like the settings have been reset on your site already, nice job!
>At the wizard steps : I choose my business manager then when i choose the page to link.
My page is blurred and it says : “Your page is already linked to a business manager and it can’t be linked to another businees manager”So, we need to see if we can find where the business account is tied to the Facebook page. If you browse to the facebook business page – https://www.facebook.com/business/products/pages/ – Is there a business manager account already specified?
