I am facing similar issue. “Same event ID received for many event instances" I have only facebook for WooCommerce plugin and WP Rocket plugin. Have excluded below file from javascript minification and delay https://connect.facebook.net/en_US/fbevents.js Can you please suggest some solution?

Now events manager in counting orders Purchase Event but it is not counted by Ads for some reason i believe the problem is with something called External ID and is not syncing Value for some reasonOkay, it sounds like you are on the troubleshooting track with WP-Rocket.

To clear the Facebook details from your site, navigate to your WordPress options page https://YOURSITE.com/wp-admin/options.php (be sure to have a backup of the site, and only edit the following fields)
In here please clear the value for the following fields:
wc_facebook_external_business_id
wc_facebook_system_user_id
wc_facebook_business_manager_id
wc_facebook_merchant_access_token
wc_facebook_page_access_token
wc_facebook_page_id
wc_facebook_pixel_id
If it does not show these fields, or if the fields are blank, that will be fine.

We’ve recently released a new multi-currency switching feature as part of WooCommerce Payments! I can see there have been reports of this is error and it is currently being fixed by our developers.
The current version of WooCommerce Payments is v2.8.2. The fix multi-currency fix should be included in the next WooCommerce Payments release, likely v2.8.3.

Our default currency is PKR but when products are transferred to Facebook catalog. The currency is USD. I can’t find any solution. Do you have any fix for this problem?We’ve found that sometimes, because the sync is called from the server-side as a background task, the multi-currency plugin can choose the wrong currency. I’ve confirmed that PKR is an accepted currency on the Facebook platform, so that’s not a problem.
I can suggest a workaround to force the currency for all Facebook products with the following gist:
https://gist.github.com/simonporter007/ef6b08b71dbc4432b6af469aefc557b3#file-sv_fb_for_woocommerce_hardcode_currency_for_all_products-phpIn that example, the currency is ZAR so you’ll want to modify it to use PKR.
Add the snippet to your theme’s functions.php file. Please let us know the results!

There should be an product sync feature that can be enabled/disabled

Currently, the “PageView” still only be sent via browser (navigator). And based on the Facebook development doc, it’s fine to send an event only from one of browser and server sides, even it can send different events separately from the browser or server according to scenario.

I believe what my colleague is saying is that NEW products take time to propagate through the system. The product needs to be available in Google Listings for 30 days before a sale badge can be applied.

The ad framework can take a few days to a couple of weeks to reflect product changes. You can apply a sale update and you don’t have to leave the sale price for 30 days if the product has been in the system for 30 days, but it can take time to reflect the changes in the Google Listings/Ads.
