    Hola @jctch1997

?Lamento que tengas problemas con el proceso de pago de PayPal! Lo siento, no hablo espa?ol. Puede traducir este mensaje en https://translate.google.com

I had a quick look at your site URL and see that you do not have a SSL certificate installed. https://d.pr/i/bp2spx

A payment gateway will require you to install a SSL certificate to establish an encrypted connection for processing payments. You can check with your webhost if you need further assistance with installing an SSL Certificate.

    Hi @golfball-uhu

    Thanks for the reply!

    >Should or will?

It’s designed to modify your checkout fields as you describe, but that is not always an indication that it *will* work on any given site setup.

I suggest you give it a try and let us know if it *does* work or if you experience unexpected results.

We look forward to your reply!

Thanks for sending the logs over @taktlosde

They indicate there are cart issue with the theme integration. It unclear if this is related to your clearing on the thank you page, but does seem likely.

However, if you’ve tried switching themes on a Staging site and continue to experience this issue, then something else is the cause. Are there any error logs on the staging site with the default theme? In my experience, this problem is almost always a caching issue somewhere.

It would appear that the staging site concludes that there is not a theme or plugin conflict. I think your next best step is to look at contacting a developer. As my colleague said, you could try finding a WordPress/WooCommerce expert in your area. We also have a couple recommendations at our WooCommerce Customizations Page.

    Hi @akgt

Thanks for reaching out with your Blocks questions!

    1. Will we see this in woocommerce any time soon?

I’m not sure when/if WooCommerce Blocks will be added to core. We continue to develop these blocks for use with the plugin.

    2. Can you edit and update products in the checkout yet?

    No

    3. Last time I tried this plugin I could only use stripes and PayPal in the front end but I also had a finance payment plugin, and cod

    4. Are the payments methods working now

Be sure to review the Cart and Checkout blocks status page. It includes a full list of compatible extensions and payment gateways.

    Have the bugs been fixed?

We’ve resolved many known software issues (bugs)! Take a look at the changelog for more details.

    5. Will this work with elmentor ?

You can run Elementor and WooCommerce Blocks at the same time, but the way Elementor loads the frontend scripts, the Block won’t render in the Elementor editor, as I understand it.

Should I use this or hope and wait for the woocommerce ?

I can’t really answer that for you. My suggestion is to spin up a staging site, and give it a try. It’s free!

Please let us know if you have any questions!

    Hi @simonbbs and @valmy02

Thanks for reaching out for support with Facebook for WooCommerce.

    >Some of your Purchase events don’t have a deduplication key, so we’re unable to cross-check whether they’re duplicate events. This means they’re potentially being incorrectly counted twice and leading to inaccurate ad attribution.

    >From what I’m seeing it looks like other users are having a similar issue with this plugin.
Is this issue something you guys have a solution / workaround for at this time?

We can confirm that ideally by default, the plugin, intelligently deduplicates events that are sent both from the browser pixel events and server-to-server events (Conversions API) to ensure no double-counted events.

    https://woocommerce.com/posts/adapt-for-the-future-with-facebook-conversions-api/

With the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, the same data that flows through Conversions API and the Facebook Pixel is deduplicated based on a unique event ID, so there’s no concern about the same events being double-counted.

However, we have an open bug report regarding this Missing Some Deduplication Parameters and our devs are working to ensure this resolved.

If you have made sure no other plugin that does FB pixel and also no caching plugins that could affect it, for now, I’d suggest manually click “Resolve” or “Ignore” on the Facebook site as we keep monitoring this and working on the above mentioned open issue, and also working with Facebook to ensure the accuracy of the report.

Or as a work around you can temporarily disable the auto pixel injection using the following code snippet:

    add_filter( ‘facebook_for_woocommerce_integration_pixel_enabled’, ‘__return_false’ );

You can use Code Snippet plugin to insert this code.

And then, you can keep Facebook for WooCommerce for the products syncing, while for Facebook pixel, you can use another plugin that does Facebook pixel for example, Facebook for WordPress by Facebook.

    Hi @mimarinkovic

A quick follow-up – The Express payment methods (ApplePay | Google Pay) are part of the Stripe Credit Card method and support recurring payemnts for WooCommerce Subscriptions.

But, the Stripe AliPay payment method does not declare support for WooCommerce Subscriptions. https://d.pr/N5qTQF

Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Hi @mimarinkovic

    Thanks for the clarification.

WooCommerce Subscriptions supports a variety of [payment methods](https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/subscriptions/payment-gateways/#basic-features).

However, I believe that right now in the Stripe extension, the Alipay payment method doesn’t support WooCommerce Subscriptions. Stripe may offer their own subscriptions features for AliPay, but that is not a tokenized recurring payment method required by WooCommerce Subscriptions.

I’m checking on this to confirm and will post a reply when I have more information.

    Hi @snackfactorykerala

Thanks for reaching out to support for the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.

while iam connecting to facebook for woocommerce with facebook when i reached the select page section it is showing not elegible, my page was connected before i uninstalled the facebook for woocommerce 1 month back and now when iam tring to connect it is showing not eligible

Okay, since you’ve connected in the past, lets reset the connection on your site.

Deactivate Facebook for WooCommerce under Plugins > All Plugins, and then navigate to your WordPress options page https://snackfactorykerala.in/wp-admin/options.php (be sure to have a backup of the site, and only edit the following fields) -In here please clear the value for the following fields:

    wc_facebook_external_business_id

    wc_facebook_system_user_id

    wc_facebook_business_manager_id

    wc_facebook_merchant_access_token

    wc_facebook_page_access_token

    wc_facebook_page_id

    wc_facebook_pixel_id

If it does not show these fields, or if the fields are blank, that will be fine. Once that’s done, please re-activate Facebook for WooCommerce extension under Plugins > All Plugins and then click Get Started to re-connect to your Facebook Business Manager, select the same assets for Facebook Page, Pixel, and Catalog.

This should ‘reset’ Facebook completely, and allow the Pixel to be re-engaged as well as the Business Manager. As long as there is a non-conflicting catalog (see #1 above) then it should connect.

Please let us know the results!

    Hi @nliisa

Thanks for the update! I’m happy to read that the product sync fixed the VAT pricing issue. However, it appears there is another problem now with the Sale pricing.

When syncing your products to Facebook, the sale price should certainly be shown, as long as it is being set through the WooCommerce default sale price field and not by another plugin.

When you are setting a sale price, are you using the default WooCommerce sale price field, or is another plugin determining this price?

    Hi @vlohar08

Thanks so much for the follow-up! I’m glad to read that the problem has been identified and resolved. The addition of the cURL timeout gist is very appreciated.
